You will find Agate House on the outskirts of the lovely Georgian town of Ampthill in Bedfordshire. Ampthill is known for its connections to Catherine of Aragon, wife of King Henry VIII. We are seven miles from Bedford and 15 miles from Milton Keynes. Our home is for people with physical disabilities and has nursing care available if needed.

Our residents make sure their home has a lively atmosphere. At their request, we offer a wide range of daily activities, including arts and crafts, quizzes and other in-house entertainment. We also enjoy holding events in the home, such as discos, fêtes, fun days, bonfire nights, fundraising events and themed parties.

We’re proud of our dedicated team. All staff go through a rigorous induction programme and also have ongoing training and supervision to ensure our residents always receive the highest levels of support.
