Who we support

At Hydon Hill, we provide person-centred support for each resident.

We know that people’s conditions are just one part of their lives, affecting people in different ways. In case it is useful for prospective residents to know, we support people with a wide range of conditions including:

  • physical disability,
  • acquired brain injuries (ABI),
  • cerebral palsy
  • strokes (including rehabilitation support)

Our team ensure that all our residents get the support needed to live fulfilling lives.

I have improved so much since moving here several years ago that I am now looking to move into more independent support. The staff have been great!
