What care we provide

We specialise in bespoke multi-disciplinary rehabilitation programmes providing daily, structured support including speech and language therapy, clinical neuro-psychology, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

What is a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)?

At Oakwood, it means a collaborative approach to care. Our MDT consists of experienced professionals from various disciplines, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff. Together, they work seamlessly to provide holistic care, tailored to each resident's specific needs. This ensures that every aspect of a resident's well-being is addressed comprehensively.

Slow Stream Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation

Our slow stream acquired brain injury rehabilitation program focuses on gradual progress and long-term recovery. We understand that everyone's journey is unique, and our approach reflects this. We combine medical expertise with therapeutic interventions to help residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
