Change100 — internships for disabled students and graduates

Our internship programme is shaping the future for young people and businesses in the UK. Change100 brings together the UK’s top employers and talented disabled students to offer three months of paid work experience.

Since launching Change100 has partnered with over 50 employers across the UK to host interns including Barclays, the BBC, Skanska, Lloyds and Taylor Wimpey.

Intern applications for summer 2017 open on Monday 3 October, closing on Wednesday 25 January.

Benefits of Change100

Change100 has had fantastic impact since launching in 2014 — you can read more about this in our Impact Report:The Journey So Far. Below Change100 graduate Natasha describes how the programme benefited her:

Successful Change100 applicants get mentoring and guidance throughout a paid three-month work placement. Find out how Change100 can benefit you today, whether you're a student or business leader.

If the employment rate for disabled people matched that of the rest of the UK, an extra two million people would be working.

Change100 aims to broaden the public’s understanding of what disability is, as well as highlight the fact many disabled students are talented, ambitious, and would thrive in all business sectors.
