For students and graduates

Change 100 is a programme of summer internships that aims to unlock the untapped potential of students and graduates with disabilities. It gives organisations access to a talent pool bursting with ability, creativity and insight.

Coronavirus update

Despite the coronavirus pandemic, we are committed to still delivering a high quality Change 100 programme this year.

Over the seven years that we have run Change 100, remote working has been a growing feature, largely driven by the our interns as a result of their disability or long term condition as well as the evolving needs of employers.

In line with government advice, most workplaces have now moved solely to remote working. To reflect this, the Change 100 programme is being delivering digitally for 2020, including home working placements and a tailored online professional development programme. Alongside this, we are still matching our current candidates with available opportunities and will continue to do so until August.

We are currently looking at how best to engage with and support our partners and candidates for our 2021 programme. We are preparing for all eventualities and still aim to effectively coordinate our work with universities from September onwards. We will endeavour to keep all our partners and candidates updated as regularly as possible.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Change 100 team on the email addresses below.

We look forward to continuing to work with you and offering a high quality Change 100 experience.

Whatever your company size or sector, or opportunities you have available, Change 100 allows you access to a unique candidate you might never have reached otherwise.

We are currently looking for employers to offer paid summer placements of approximately 100 days to participants.

  • 100% of employers who responded said their intern met their expectations

  • 100% of employers who responded said they experienced goodwill internally with staff as a result of increasing disability awareness and confidence

Our successful interns go through a rigorous, inclusive assessment process - that we invite employers to be a part of — and are then matched to roles where they are keen to achieve real results.
