Hill House is a purpose-built home (with 24-hour nursing care), providing a range of services for adults with physical disabilities. Set within landscaped grounds and surrounded by fields, it is situated on the outskirts of the market town of Sandbach in Cheshire, and is easily reached from the M6 motorway.
Sandbach is a small market town with a history dating back to Saxon times. Nowadays it has lots of amenities, including a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Our residents make sure their home has a lively atmosphere. At their request, we offer a wide range of activities from arts and crafts to quizzes, karaoke, gardening and IT classes.
We also enjoy holding events in the home such as discos, fêtes, fun days, fundraisers and themed parties. We often invite the local community to join in the fun.
Our fully-trained staff members provide our residents with 24-hour care. We support our residents to be independent and to take part in community activities as they wish.
Hill House has a keyworker system, which means that a particular staff member will be responsible for ensuring that your needs as a resident are met and that you are happy at the home. You can choose which staff member you would like as your keyworker.
