Recruitment Process

We’re passionate about finding people who share our values and want to make a real difference. Whether you're applying for a role in care, operations, or support functions, we aim to make your recruitment experience clear, inclusive, and welcoming.

Here’s what you can expect when you apply:

Step one: Apply online

All our vacancies are listed on our website. Simply browse, select the role that suits you, and complete your application online. Make sure to highlight how your experience matches the essential criteria listed in the job description.

If you have a disability or long-term health condition, you may be eligible for our Offer of Interview Scheme—just tick ‘yes’ in the personal details section to opt in.

Step Two: Offer of Interview Scheme

As a Disability Confident Leader, we’re committed to fair and inclusive recruitment. If you meet the minimum criteria for the role and have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010, we guarantee you an interview.

We’ll also ask if you need any reasonable adjustments to attend the interview - whether that’s access support, equipment, or flexible arrangements.

What do we mean by disability?

A physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term negative effect on your ability to carry out daily activities, as defined in The Equality Act 2010 (Disability Discrimination Act 1995 for NI).

If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to interview. This may be in person, online, or over the phone depending on the role and location. We’ll give you all the details in advance and ensure the process is accessible and supportive.
