Challenge your friends

Challenge your friends to get more active by:

  • Posting a picture or video on social media
  • Tag four friends
  • Caption with “This is what I can do”

Virtual activities

We're also run virtual activity sessions throughout the day from Monday to Thursday.

Sessions will be an hour long so you can easily fit them around anything else you have planned for the day!
