Close to the historic market town of Hitchin, No. 1 Lavender Fields is home for 10 young adults with physical disabilities. Stevenage, Luton and Welwyn Garden City are nearby and we’re well-connected by train to London, Peterborough and Cambridge.

This is a safe and friendly place to live, with high quality care and nursing. The team is dedicated and experienced, and will make sure your needs are understood and met – all with the greatest privacy and respect.

Live here and you’ll be supported to be independent, healthy and active. Some of our residents go to college, or have jobs or apprenticeships. There’s something for everyone and our great team of staff and volunteers run individual and group activities, including games and quizzes. So whatever your interests, from keeping fit to being creative, there’s always something to get involved in.
