I See Purple for schools

We are raising funds to support disabled people to get connected to their families and loved ones this Christmas and we’d love your school to take part.

We can help you create a fun day and have a lesson plan which enables pupils to understand better the challenges and success stories about getting disabled people connected.

You can get your pupils in their bubbles to “see purple” for the day or create a purple class – whether that is making a purple Christmas tree decoration or paperchain, or simply wearing something purple.

December 3

#ISeePurple is set for 3 December – International Day of Persons with Disabilities. We have a ready-to-use lesson plan, engaging real life stories, pledge cards and posters. In return we ask students to donate £1 and support disabled people to stay and get connected.

If you would like to register your interest for I See Purple 2020 please get in touch at schools@leonardcheshire.org.
