Volunteer Befriender

Time commitment:
  • 3 months minimum commitment
  • Minimum 2 hours per week between the hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.

We are currently recruiting for number of volunteer befrienders to help support service users with daily activities at the Randall Close Resource centre.

Gardening Volunteer

Location:
St Teresa's | Penzance
Time commitment:

Suggested commitment is twice per week, however, volunteers are able to give their time flexibly in mutual agreement with the service they are volunteering with, but a regular commitment is appreciated

To help with the upkeep of the service in general garden activities or to provide additional support to people who use our services on a 1-1 or group basis, independently or with other staff/volunteers dependent on activity/numbers taking part.

Befriender

Ideally this would be a regular commitment, to suit the needs of the individual and volunteer.Preferrable day would be a Wednesday.This will be discussed during the recruitment procedure.

This role is an excellent opportunity to befriend a tenant and support them to go out on short trips to out around their community
