Employment Training Support Volunteer

Time commitment:

Each cohort will last seven weeks with two sessions per week. We will have a two week break in-between cohorts.

We are currently recruiting for a volunteer to join the WoW team in changing the lives of disabled people through the world of work, education and volunteering.


Volunteer Musician

Time commitment:
  • Up to 3hrs per month including planning meeting & setting up and packing away.
  • The live sessions are usually weekly on a Wednesday morning 10.30-11.30 am.
  • Music recordings can be made and used for our virtual and telephone meetings.

We are currently recruiting for a volunteer to entertain & befriend group members including DLDS residents and community friendship groups.

Survey Support Volunteer

Various Locations around N.Ireland
Time commitment:

We ask for at least 2-3 hours each week. This can be flexible but needs to work around the availability of the volunteer, person we support and the service.

We are currently looking for volunteers to assist our customers in completing a survey feedback form on their experiences with Leonard Cheshire.

Several of our resident’s love football and chatting all things football related. Unfortunately, they do not have access to Sky or BT sport and can no longer go to the pub to catch a game. We are looking to be connect with like, minded footie fans
