Why partner with us?

Partnerships are at the heart of everything we do. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities across the world.

Over the years, we’ve developed a number of transformative strategic partnerships that bring long lasting social and business impacts. Our team members have extensive experience across both the commercial and charity sector and will work closely with you to make the partnership truly mutually beneficial.

Our partnerships are much more than simply funding support. We encourage our partners to work collaboratively with us, proactively sharing their expertise and skills. In return, we’ll provide you with the support and resources you need to become a more inclusive and accessible employer.

As our partner you’ll have the freedom to decide which of our innovative programmes in the UK or abroad you’d like to support, based on the best fit for your corporate values and business priorities.

Together, we can make a real and lasting difference to the lives of people with disabilities.

Become a champion of workplace inclusivity and accessibility

We’re passionate about improving inclusivity and accessibility in the workplace and it plays an important role in all of our partnerships.

That’s why we make sure that our partners are well equipped with information and resources on disability in the workplace. We can advise on things like reasonable adjustments, how to challenge attitudes towards disability and increase understanding of challenges faced by disabled employees. As our partner, we will support you to become a more inclusive and accessible business.
