Accessibility

We believe that all websites should be accessible to disabled people and that, of course, includes our own.

We want our website to ensure everyone can access it regardless of technology or ability. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) to ensure our website is fully accessible and usable. This means we aim to make our website easy to use for everyone, including those with impairments to their:

  • Vision
  • Hearing
  • Mobility
  • Thinking and understanding

How are we doing?

We've worked hard on our website and believe we've achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, let us know.

Web standards and technologies

This website conforms to W3C standards for HTML and CSS.

PDF documents

We add accessibility tags to PDFs and strive to make all documents as accessible as possible. Let us know if you experience any problems accessing website documents.

Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of our website, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Contact us if you encounter an issue we haven't listed.

HTML Validation

Some pages of the website do not use valid HTML. We work with a development agency to address this. These pages should not prevent anyone from accessing the content at present.

PDF documents

Some PDFs may not be tagged properly. This means they may be difficult to use for those using assistive technologies. We are working hard to improve the accessibility of PDFs. Let us know if you have any difficulty accessing PDFs on our site.
