Who we support
We support people disabled adults of all ages to live life as they choose. Northamptonshire County Council provides nominations for placements. Each tenant has an agreement with the building landlord, Northamptonshire Partnership Homes.
We know that people’s conditions are just one part of their lives, affecting people in different ways. We assist people with acquired brain injuries (ABIs) and people with physical conditions.
Everyone has their own person-centred plan (PCP). These are regularly updated to make sure we are fully aware of what is important to each individual.

What support we provide
We provide personalised support that promotes dignity, choice and independence.
When required this can include all forms of personal care and medication management. We help with getting out and about and all aspects of daily life. The staff build good relationships with the tenants; they have both excellent communication and a firm understanding of people’s needs and preferences.
Everyone receives a certain amount of one-to-one assistance. The precise amount will depend on a person’s particular care package.
We work with external organisations, social workers and the NHS to provide the best support we can. We can also source any equipment needed, including, for example, ceiling track hoists.
We help people build life skills wherever possible. These might include volunteering and educational opportunities, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and bill management. (Tenants pay for their own utility bills, such as electricity and internet costs, as in any supported living or community flat.)
This role isn’t just about tasks. It is about making someone feel safe, understood and respected every single day. The sense of purpose makes it a truly special place to work
