Work Choice is a government-supported, voluntary programme for disabled people who are looking to find or keep a job.
Work Choice supports people with disabilities whose needs cannot be met through other employment programmes, Access to Work or workplace adjustments. This might be because you need more specialised support to find employment or to keep a job once you have started work. We'll help you to identify your needs and support you to become ready for work, and we'll continue to support you in work, to help you to stay in your job long term.
Work Choice is a flexible programme that we will tailor to your requirements. It's available throughout the UK and Leonard Cheshire Disability delivers the project in the following regions:
- Highlands, Islands, Clyde Coast and Grampian, Scotland
- North, North East, West and Central London
If you would like support from Leonard Cheshire Disability, ask the Disability Equality Advisor at your local Jobcentre Plus to refer you to us.
This project is part-financed by the European Union. There is more information about Work Choice, including who to talk to if you think you might qualify, on the gov.uk website.
