We work in partnership with the Bank Workers Charity (BWC) to improve the lives of current and former bank workers by providing information and guidance — as well as helping them access financial support.
When clients first contact BWC, they will endeavour to find out more about you and your situation, as they have a number of support services which may be helpful.
If your situation could benefit from our help, BWC will refer you to us for support.
One of our advisors will carry out an assessment of your needs and agree an action plan with you.
The BWC funded service is tailored to your needs, and provides you with personalised information and advice or mentoring support.
When your plan of action is completed, you will be referred back to the Bank Workers Charity for further support where appropriate.
