Paws for thought

Two dogs enjoy the waves100 dog owners and their canine companions joined paws for a walk along Tynemouth Longsands North beach.

The walk was organised by dog lover Wendy McGauley for her #100for100 challenge!

A paw-some success

The dogs weren't the only ones who wanted a part of the action.

Tom Pugh in the wheelchair-adapted sand buggy built  by his dad PhilBradbury Court resident, Tom Pugh, determined not to miss out, came along in a wheelchair-adapted sand buggy — built for him by his dad Phil!

Despite a bit of rain, Wendy and her doggy pals made over £500 on the day by selling dog bandanas and homemade dog biscuits!
