Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are non-subsidiary, independent firms which meet the following criteria: they employ fewer than 250 employees, and have a turnover of less than £25m per year; charities must have a minimum turnover of £500,000 per annum and employ fewer than 250 employees.

Please provide turnover and staff figures for the last 2 financial years for which audited accounts are available.

Data protection
Leonard Cheshire Disability will hold, use and manage all personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and all subsequent, relevant data protection acts, including the General Data Protection Regulations. Leonard Cheshire Disability will keep records (invoices, receipts, intern’s personnel and payroll records) relevant to the Bursary Fund for a period of 6 years from the date of the final grant payment.
I confirm that all the above information is accurate, and I understand that Leonard Cheshire Disability will conduct due diligence and eligibility checks on behalf of the City Bridge Trust. We understand that a bursary will only be agreed after the checks have been carried out in accordance with the criteria agreed between Leonard Cheshire Disability and City Bridge Trust. We understand that the intern’s salary will be reimbursed in arrears, over 4 instalments, after the production of suitable evidence (payslip or similar), and that Leonard Cheshire Disability isn’t liable for the reimbursement of salaries ahead of the verification of payslips. We understand that City Bridge Trust, or its partner agencies, may contact us or the intern as part of its ongoing evaluation of the bursary scheme.
