Honresfeld is a home with nursing care providing a range of services for adults with physical and neurological disabilities.
Our home is a two-storey Victorian family house that has been adapted and extended over the years. Honresfeld stands in two acres of gardens and was opened as a Leonard Cheshire Disability home in 1959.
You can find us near to the centre of Littleborough, a town close to Rochdale, in Lancashire. We are within easy reach of many beauty spots including the Pennine Way and Hollingworth Lake.
Our residents make sure their home has a lively atmosphere. At their request, we offer a wide range of activities, ranging from board games to exercise classes. We like to hold events in the home, including discos, fêtes, fun days, bonfire nights, fundraisers and themed parties.
Our fully-trained staff work hard to ensure everybody is happy in their home. We support our residents to be independent and to take part in community activities as they wish.
The home has achieved the Gold Standards Framework Award in End of Life Care.
