‘I’m Andrew and I’ve lived at Arnold House for about four and a half years. I really like the fact that I’m independent and can pretty much do as I please.
‘I like spending time in the garden, it's a right little sun trap out there. I also exercise every day as it’s very important to me. The facilities are great — there are weights and also exercise bikes. We also have our own physiotherapist who helps us with any muscle problems.
‘The staff here are brilliant. They're very helpful and if I ever need assistance they're quick to support me in any way I need.
‘The atmosphere is really good. I just feel completely at home here and I'm always around nice people that I count as my friends.’
