There is no obligation to leave a gift in your will to Leonard Cheshire Disability when you use our discounted will writing service. However, after providing for your loved ones, please consider providing for disabled people too with a gift in your will to Leonard Cheshire Disability.
England and Wales
The Goodwill Partnership
- £98+VAT for a single will.
- Consultations take place in your home.
The Goodwill Partnership will send a trained professional to visit your home and record your instructions for your will. These will then be passed onto one of their panel solicitors who will arrange your will.

DBS Law Ltd
- £50+VAT for a single standard will.
- £75+VAT for a pair of joint standard wills.
- Consultations online or in branch.
Simply complete DBS Law’s online questionnaire, quoting LCD3 for your discount. Once you’ve submitted it DBS Law Ltd will check your requirements and call you to talk it through. They will then prepare your will ready for your signature.
If you prefer to go and see a solicitor you can book your appointment in one of their branches in Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester by calling 0115 988 6704 and quoting LCD3 for your discount.

Scotland and England
- £50+VAT for a single will.
- £75+VAT for a pair of joint wills.

It does not cost Leonard Cheshire Disability anything to run this service. The discounts are kindly given by the organisations above.
All these providers also offer advice and discounts on other services such as setting your lasting power of attorney or ways to make provision for disabled dependents. Please just ask when you make your appointment. We would also recommend that you seek independent financial advice.
Terms and conditions
Leonard Cheshire Disability has partnered with a number of organisations who specialise in the provision of wills services, to create a panel ('Panel') which will be able to provide access to quality and cost effective services.
You are not required to leave a donation in your will to Leonard Cheshire Disability in order to use the discounted services offered by the Panel.
Please note that the services are provided by the panel of providers, not Leonard Cheshire Disability. Should you choose to use the services of any of the Panel, you will enter into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant provider and not Leonard Cheshire Disability.
Although Leonard Cheshire Disability has no reason to believe that the services provided by the Panel are of poor quality or are unreasonably expensive, it does not endorse or guarantee that the services provided by any of the Panel is of good quality or that they are of better quality than any other providers in the field of wills services.
Leonard Cheshire Disability recommends that you carry out your own independent research on the providers who are part of the Panel and other service providers in the same field and only choose the services of the Panel of providers if you are satisfied with their quality of service and level of charges,
Leonard Cheshire Disability excludes all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses arising as a result of your use of the services provided by the Panel of providers, unless the liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses are caused as a direct result of Leonard Cheshire Disability’s negligent act.
