The difference you make — Leonard Cheshire Disability Impact Report 2015/16

Our founder dreamed of a fairer world. Together, we’re making his dream a reality.

‘We need a vision, a dream. The vision should be the oneness, the essential and organic solidarity of the human family.’ — Leonard Cheshire

Walkers talking part in the annual Kenswick to Barrow walkToday, we’re one of the UK’s largest charities supporting disabled people. We care for disabled people in their own homes and in our residential homes, and we help individuals develop new skills and find good jobs.

We run campaigns, to change laws and to change minds. And we work internationally, implementing development programmes across Africa and Asia.

Our work helps disabled people live independently, contribute economically, and play a full and fulfilling part in their communities. It is helping create the fairer society Leonard Cheshire dreamed of.

We couldn’t do any of it without supporters like you.
