Sarah's story

I never knew how far my love of dancing would take me until I entered the inclusive dancing competition Strictly Cymru and won the judge’s bursary award. Dancing makes me feel happy and proud.

With my new-found confidence, I’m now coaching and mentoring other young people to dance. I love teaching others – I want to help them feel like I feel when I’m dancing.
