Superhero Series Tri

Back for its third year, Superhero Series Tri will test participants across a choice of three distances, in a swim, a cycle and a push or run. Take part in as much of the course you want, flying solo or as part of a team with friends, families or volunteers.

Superhero Series Tri is a completely inclusive challenge where you don’t have to worry about cut-off times or equipment restrictions.

On the day, you can either fly solo or team up with family, friends or volunteers. You can do the whole thing or just one part: the swim, the cycle or the push/run, with as much or as little support as you need.

We can help you arrange a wetsuit if you want to swim, a bicycle or adapted bicycle if you want to cycle, and we’ll have a host of volunteers on hand to provide support at transition areas and throughout the day.

There are three distances to choose from:

  • Sprint: Swim 150m, Bike 3k, Push/run 1k
  • Half: Swim 400m, Bike 10k, Push/run 2.5k
  • Full: Swim 750m, Bike 20k, Push/run 5k

Teams can be made up of up to three people (plus any additional Sidekicks), and at least one person on the team has to consider themselves to have a disability.

This year we’re proud to announce that we’re Silver Partners and will be joined by our new sports ambassador, Olivia Breen, who will be our Team Captain.

We’ll also have volunteers from our partners Microsoft. They’ll be available to buddy-up with any team on the day to do a section of the triathlon for them or can take part alongside the team.

What a fantastic and unique event; we are proud to be taking part in Superhero Triathlon series again this summer! This year will be our 3rd year of taking part in this incredibly inclusive event.
