Arts & Crafts Volunteer

Virtual Chair Yoga Teacher

Befriender volunteer

Location:
Dumfries
Time commitment:

Times and days are entirely open for discussion to suit all parties.

A one or two hour visit per week is the norm but again, times and days are discussed and agreed beforehand to ensure a consistent arrangement  which works and is suitable to all.

We're looking for a befriender for one of our residents in Dumfries. Activities could be anything from baking, drawing or reading stories to just having a cuppa and a chat.

Befriender volunteer

Time commitment:

Time commitment is entirely flexible and agreed beforehand to suit. As a guide, one visit of around 2 hours per week but more or less is also welcomed.

We're looking for a volunteer to support a young man who has learning difficulties to go out and about in the local community. The resident likes to attend local football matches, visit shops and use his computer.
