Approx. 45 minutes a week for 12 weeks
Arrange and conduct a Skype call, ideally once per week with the volunteer
Talk to the volunteer about any English language support they need.
Flag any safeguarding issues arising from the calls as per LC’s policies with the line manager/CVC
Requirements of Role & Key Skills
All volunteer online training completed.
Adherence to Leonard Cheshire’s safeguarding policies
Excellent communication skills
Excellent active listening skills
Excellent planning and organisation
