Summary
To provide additional support to people who use our services on a 1-1 or group basis, independently or with other staff/volunteers dependent on activity.
Location
Time commitment
Suggested commitment is 2 hours weekly, however, volunteers are able to give their time flexibly depending on the volunteering opportunity, but a regular commitment is appreciated.

Role description
Specific tasks and duties
Supporting adults with physical disabilities to get involved in their chosen activities.
Activities may take place within the person’s home or within the community.
Be familiar with the risk assessment for the role
Attend regular review and support meetings every 3 months

Positive attitude to working with disabled people
