Please see below for Terms & Conditions relating to our will writing fundraiser

  1. This offer is limited to 10 wills and is open to anyone over the age of 18.   
  2. Participants will need to make an appointment before 30 September 2019 to come into the offices of McMillan Williams at 138 High Street, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1XE to meet with Amy Warren. These appointments will be held on Tuesday 15th October 2019 and Thursday 17th October and are subject to availability.
  3.     McMillan Williams will not make a charge for preparing a basic will for an individual or similar wills for a married couple. If your instructions result in drafting complex provisions which are above a standard will, then additional costs may apply and McMillan Williams reserves the right to make additional charges.
  4.     Participants are not required to leave a gift in their will to Leonard Cheshire or make a donation to Chipstead Lake in order to use the services offered by McMillan Williams.
  5.     Please note that the services are provided by McMillan Williams, not Leonard Cheshire. Should you choose to use the services of McMillan Williams, you will enter into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant provider and not Leonard Cheshire.
  6.     Although Leonard Cheshire has no reason to believe that the services provided by McMillan Williams are of poor quality or are unreasonably expensive, it does not endorse or guarantee that the services provided by McMillan Williams are of good quality or that they are of better quality than any other providers in the field of wills services.
  7.     Leonard Cheshire recommends that you carry out your own independent research on McMillan Williams and only choose the services of McMillan Williams if you are satisfied with their quality of service.
  8.     Leonard Cheshire excludes all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses arising as a result of your use of the services provided by McMillan Williams, unless the liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses are caused as a direct result of Leonard Cheshire’s negligent act.
